Primary Care Paramedic
The PCP Program is the second level of paramedic training. The program provides the skill set and knowledge required to practice as a Primary Care Paramedic. The program focuses on the skills required to assess and manage patients in a pre-hospital care environment according to the National Occupational Competency Profiles (NOCP). It delivers a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and pharmacology to strengthen the decision-making and treatment options to care for critically injured or ill patients in the pre-hospital setting.

Registration for the Primary Care Paramedic course is handled through the The Academy of Emergency Training.
